"My experience at Pacific Audiology Clinic has been fantastic. Everyone I've interacted with has been great, but my audiologist, Lindsey Hill, especially stands out. I've been through a few audiologists before, and Hill is the first one who's actually taken the time to explain the "why" behind each step, like starting my new hearing aids at a lower percentage and gradually working up, so my brain could adjust properly instead of being overwhelmed. It's made me realize how much I didn't get from previous providers, like not informing me of the detriment of having only one hearing aid when I need two. I feel genuinely well cared for here and trust that Hill knows what she's doing."

Allison has a wonderful disposition and explain everything clearly so I could understand; very helpful. Was greeted by the receptionist with lots of smiles and nice customer service. "First time for hearing test and diagnosis. Dr. Hill was very helpful explaining the dynamics of hearing and understanding. She also walked through what tinnitus is and how it affects hearing and understanding. Looking forward to working with the PAC team on the next steps! After receiving the hearing aids, Dr. Hill then walked through the settings and educated me on the modes and settings. Over the last few appointments, she has listened well to my feedback and concerns. She changed out the size and type of domes which helped the performance of the hearing aids. I will gladly refer the PAC Broadway staff to others. Thank you!"

"As a middle aged musician, I was curious about how well I had been taking care of my ears. After reading reviews of PAC, I decided to pay out of pocket (despite my health insurance) to have my hearing tested, inquire about tinnitus, other mild symptoms, and have impressions made for custom hearing protection and IEMs. The expert that I met with was incredibly patient with all of my questions and provided exceptional clarity and recommendations about cost effective procedures for my circumstances."

"My experience with Pacific Audiology has been consistently good. That includes the front desk as well as the regular tune ups and clean ups on my hearing aids. Yesterday, the front desk actually stayed on the phone with me, helping me navigate my way through streets that had been shut down due to a parade in town that caused chaos and traffic jams. They guided me in real time, telling me which streets to use to get to my appointment on time!"

"Had a fitting for my left ear, to get earplugs to "manage" Sensory Processing Disorder. The silicone molding compound in my ear felt "intriguing," (and enjoyable!) but the truly wonderful feeling was being more or less "deaf" for a time. When your routine experience is intense sensory overload, to not be so "cudgeled" is an intense relief!"
