Allison E. Bradley, Au.D.
Audiologist | Owner
Dr. Allison Bradley brings over 25 years of clinical experience to practice. As a licensed and certified Doctor of Audiology, Dr. Bradley has specialized training in digital hearing technologies, including all brands of hearing aids and assistive listening devices. Opening her very own private practice in 2007 is a dream come true for her. She looks forward to making a positive difference for those individuals with hearing loss and hearing related disorders.
Dr. Bradley grew up in upstate New York and moved here in 1998 to start her career. She became the mother to twin boys in November of 2009. She enjoys spending time with her children, exploring the Pacific Northwest, and participating in outdoor activities such as kayaking, hiking, and skiing. She is also a volunteer at the local theater.

Christina Adams, Au.D.
Audiologist
Cris is a native of Queens, New York. She graduated with honors from Arizona State University. Cris practiced audiology for over 10 years in Arizona before moving to Portland in 2020. Being newer to the Pacific Northwest she loves the beautiful scenery that Oregon has to offer. Cris enjoys camping with her two children and husband as well as traveling. Her favorite place is Northern Colorado and she has recently been to Disneyland on a family trip.

Lindsey Hill, Au.D.
Audiologist
Dr. Lindsey Hill originates from New Jersey, moving to Oregon in 2012. She lived in the Finger Lakes region of New York during her undergraduate years at Elmira College, and received her Doctorate in Audiology at Washington University in St. Louis, where she met her husband. Lindsey started her career in Eugene, Oregon at a non-profit hearing and speech center and spent the last decade working at an ENT practice in West Portland. Lindsey loves the nature in Oregon – her favorite weekend escape is either to the coast or to Hood River to relax while watching the wind surfers.
Lindsey loves finding ways to connect people to their loved ones and improve communication; whether this is through hearing aids, discussing communication strategies, or cochlear implantation. She has presented at conferences around the PNW about cochlear implantation and has been on the board of the Oregon Academy of Audiology. She has a young son, a dog, and a cat, all of whom fight for equal space on the couch. In her spare time, Lindsey quilts, gardens poorly, and has been trying her hand at other crafting endeavors.

Christine Hanson, Au.D.
Audiologist
Dr. Christine Hanson earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Portland, her post-baccalaureate from Portland State, and her Doctorate in Audiology from the University of Northern Colorado. She is a certificate holder in tinnitus management from the American Board of Audiologists (ABA) and has been practicing Audiology since 2018. Dr. Hanson has experience working in a variety of clinical settings, including hospitals, private practice ENT offices, and multi-specialty clinics. Her extensive background has given her the opportunity to work with a diverse population of patients with complex medical needs.
Dr. Hanson has always been interested in the arts, but while in college a friend pushed her to try Speech and Hearing Sciences. She found it to be the perfect fit as her grandfather was Deaf due to childhood illness and her father had significant hearing loss. Dr. Hanson enjoys spending time with patients and forming long-term bonds. She finds it incredibly rewarding being able to help people reconnect with their family and friends.
In her free time, Dr. Hanson likes to roller skate (she is a former roller derby player), knit, weave, and watch Survivor.
Katelyn Thompson, Au.D.
Audiologist
Dr. Katelyn Thompson earned her bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders and Sciences from the University of Oregon. After graduation, she spent three years working as an Audiology Assistant in Salem before pursuing her Doctor of Audiology degree at Pacific University. Following graduation, Dr. Thompson practiced as an Audiologist in Montana before recently returning home to Oregon, where she is excited to continue caring for patients in the community she loves.
Dr. Thompson’s personal experience with hearing loss, which began during her teenage years, inspired her to pursue a career in audiology. She is passionate about providing patients and their families with education, support, and personalized solutions to help improve communication and quality of life. Her compassionate approach allows her to connect with patients on a personal level and guide them through their hearing healthcare journey with understanding and encouragement.
Outside of the office, Dr. Thompson enjoys walking with her husband and dog, camping, trying new recipes, and spending time reading.
Dustin M. Bronsdon, Au.D.
Audiologist
A native of Barneveld, Wisconsin, Dr. Dustin M. Bronsdon moved to Oregon in 2012 and completed his audiology externship at Willamette ENT. He has spent the last 14 years working in ENT settings seeing patients of all ages and backgrounds.
Dustin has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin, Eau Caire and earned his doctorate from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
What he likes most about his profession is connecting with people to help them understand hearing loss and how it can impact their daily lives. Dustin enjoys fitting patients with hearing aids and is gratified to help open up an entire new world of sound for them.
His motivation to pursue audiology was influenced by his best friend’s experience. His best friend from high school and college roommate was diagnosed with NF2 (Neurofibromatosis Type 2) at an early age, which left him with severe to profound bilateral hearing loss. Dustin became fascinated with the science of hearing and how hearing loss can be addressed.
In his free time, Dustin enjoys sharing adventures with his daughters, being outside with his puppy, and woodworking.
Our Office Staff
Lexi Allan
Director of Operations
Lexi serves as the Director of Operations. She started as our first receptionist at our Macadam office in 2011. The reason that she comes to work each morning is because of the exciting opportunities for growth that PAC offers for her team and for continued growth of the company to allow PAC to help more people on their way to better hearing. She enjoys seeing our long-standing patients that recognize her from her time behind the front desk and meeting new patients that are learning the importance of hearing.
Lexi grew up in Milwaukie and recently returned to her roots as a Milwaukie resident. She loves living in the area with her daughter, Lily, her son, Orion, their kitty, Sabrina, and their dog, Iris. In her spare time, Lexi enjoys camping, going on trips to the beach, and traveling abroad. She has been to exciting locations such as England, France, Belgium, and Thailand.
Jessica Lewis
Audiology Technician
Born and raised in the Portland Metro area, Jessica is our friendly Receptionist. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences from Portland State University and has over 10 years of experience in patient services and medical billing. She believes the importance of hearing is often overlooked. With the different hearing aid types, styles, and accessories along with learning how to advocate for yourself, there is a lot that can be done to improve the lives of people with hearing loss.
In her free time, Jessica enjoys working on puzzles (both word and jigsaw), playing video games and board games, crocheting, paper crafts, listening to audio books, and learning as much as she can about anything that interests her.
Stephanie Colyer
Billing Specialist
Stephanie joined the PAC team as our Billing Specialist in April 2022. She has over 15 years of audiology billing experience and is an expert at helping patients navigate their financial questions. She has a degree in Interior Design but decided to go into the hearing field because of her family members who work in Audiology. Now, she enjoys working with the different people who come into our office and helping patients with their billing.
In her free time Stephanie enjoys being with her family.
Suzy Boatman
Medical Biller
Suzy has years of experience in medical billing and helping patients understand their coverage. In her last role she worked as an office manager and medical biller at an alternative care clinic. She has 20 years of experience in the food service industry and decided it was time for a change, which led her to the healthcare field. Suzy enjoys ensuring patients get the medical coverage they need and deserve; she is happy to help patients in any way she can.
In her free time, Suzy enjoys being with her three dogs and three cats, as well as gardening and painting.
Maria Scott
Patient Care Coordinator
Maria is a certified Medical Assistant and is currently going to school for Medical Billing & Coding. She has experience working in pediatrics and other various customer service roles. After switching to the medical field four years ago she decided to transition to the hearing field. Maria enjoys knowing that she is doing her best to help each patient who visits Pacific Audiology.
Outside of work, Maria enjoys spending time with her family, and taking her dogs for walks.
Christy Elkin
Patient Care Coordinator
Christy is a Portland native with experience in customer service, organization, and billing. Before joining our team, she was a previous caretaker of patients with Alzheimer’s and MS. It is in her nature to help others and being a part of the hearing field allows her to serve her community. She enjoys helping people with their needs in an efficient and friendly manner, knowing that they are walking away able to enjoy life more completely.
Christy is a full-time mom of two and a local community theater participant.
Jenn Bohlmann
Patient Care Coordinator
With more than 20 years of experience in patient care, Jenn brings a wealth of
knowledge, compassion, and dedication to her role. Her career started in 2001 when
she was hired at a medical facility before even graduating high school. Over the next
two decades, she worked across all imaging modalities, assisting with imaging studies,
performing EKGs in the ER and throughout the hospital, ensuring patients received the
highest level of care.
In 2018, Jenn earned her LPN degree and began her nursing career in Urgent Care
before serving as nurse to the Chief of Urology. She recently joined the Pacific
Audiology team and continues to bring warmth and positivity to every patient interaction.
Jenn enjoys meeting new patients each day and learning about the audiology field. She
lives by her motto of “As long as I can make someone smile for the short time I am in
contact with them, I have done my job.”
In her free time, Jenn loves making memories with her three kids. She also enjoys
canning and preserving, baking sourdough and other goods, and making all natural
remedies for her family.
Tina Madrid
Patient Care Coordinator
Tina has over a decade of experience working in Audiology and ENT clinics as a PCC. She loves seeing how hearing health becomes a positive impact on someone’s life and witnessing them reconnect with their loved ones. Over 11 years ago, Tina switched career paths and was introduced to Audiology by a family member. She instantly fell in love and has stayed in the field ever since.
Originally from Orange County California, Tina moved to Oregon for school back in 2001. She loved it so much she never left! Now, she enjoys traveling and experiencing different places and cultures with her family.
Sadie Winchester
Patient Care Coordinator
Sadie graduated Cum Laude from the University of Oregon with a B.S. in Communication Disorders and Sciences. Through her studies, she developed a strong foundation in audiology and a passion for helping individuals improve their hearing and communication. She is excited to continue expanding her knowledge while assisting patients on their journey to better hearing.
Her goal is to gain valuable hands-on experience as she prepares for graduate school, where she plans to pursue a Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) degree. Sadie especially enjoys seeing the confidence patients experience when they reconnect with the people and sounds that matter most through hearing technology.
Outside of the office, Sadie spends much of her free time with her dachshund. Whether they’re going for walks, playing tug-of-war over stolen socks, or keeping a close eye on her snacks, he always keeps her busy. She also enjoys running, spending time outdoors, and soaking up the sunshine whenever she can.
Leslie Nordella
Patient Care Coordinator
Leslie is our friendly Front Office Coordinator. She is certified in Medical Coding and has a unique background in the restaurant and wine industry where she worked for 25 years. This experience has given her invaluable customer service and organizational skills.
Leslie enjoys connecting with people and loves that no two days are ever the same. Whether greeting patients, helping them with their paperwork, or answering the phone, she strives to make every visit a positive and welcoming experience.
Outside of work, Leslie can be found running, goofing off with her son, or enjoying a good meal.
